Why stop at one? At lunch the other day, a few of use ordered several Paleo Friendly VEG options from the menu and received enough for each of us to partake of the bounty:
Sauteed Spinach, Steamed Broccolini, Arugula Salad, Avocado (with a free-range 100% turkey (as in - no breadcrumbs or other fillers) burger hiding underneath..
This was perfect for a post-long-run meal!
Well, I've at least gotten my co-workers/friends to eat lunch at Whole Foods - now, if I could just get them to put some kale in their salads! :) Baby steps!

Nell, If this is post long-run, where are the yams? Isn't this meal supposed to be higher carb than just green veggies?

Gotcha! Thanks! I didn't want to think about having to give up my post-run raisins. The thought of them keeps me going thru my long pace runs.:)
