Hi Nell,
Do you eat the skins on the sweet potato? It looks like they're still on..
And I LOVE the blue sweet potatos! We had some at our local supermarket last month and they were delicious.. Almost like Cake!

Sometimes I do!
Agreed- the blue sweet potatoes are BETTER than cake as they
wont make you ill!

Hi Nell.
Can you please tell me what egg protein you use in your shakes?
Is it just an egg white powder or complete egg powder?
And last of all the amount of the ingredients i.e. how many bananas, amount of almond butter etc.
At the moment i have scrambled eggs (2normally) and 1 or 2 bananas before training or events.
But when training time is not always on my side,so i'm looking for something quicker i can down before training which doesnt involve cooking.
Thanks,Dave

Either fresh, raw eggs or NOW plain egg powder.
Here is a link to a post I did on smoothie recipes. I referred to berries in this one, but obv before training and racing, bananas are better.
If youre not having a smoothie, youre better off eating your eggs soft boiled than scrambled as the former will retain more nutrients.
